As a Vice President with PVH Corp, a Fortune 500 company and one of the world’s largest and most admired fashion companies, John’s vision and strategic initiatives helped drive top-line sales for 5 years running, transforming one the most poorly performing divisions into one of the best.

Having considerable experience with the entire spectrum of the business cycle, John has vast expertise in helping companies navigate the complexities of rapid growth and expansion during good times, as well as right-sizing, consolidation, and dealing with the changes that come during more challenging periods.

John’s experience in recruiting, screening, and selecting best-talent, creating training programs, developing teams, performance management, and talent assessment is unparalleled. Eric Van Doren

Eric Van Doren is a seasoned professional with over 30 years of experience in retail, manufacturing, and construction. He worked as an executive at PVH Corporation, where he honed his skills in recruiting, retaining, and developing effective teams. He rose through the ranks to become the Western US Regional Sales Manager overseeing over 1,000 associates and 100 million in annual sales.

Throughout his career, Eric has developed a strong ability to identify opportunities for growth and profitability. He has a proven track record of success in streamlining and managing complex systems. He can quickly and effectively identify areas for growth in companies looking to build stronger relationships with both internal & external customers. In addition to his technical skills, Eric is a natural leader with a talent for mentoring and motivating teams.

Eric holds a Bachelor’s degree from San Diego State University. He is also certified in Workforce Inclusion and Diversity.
In his free time, Eric enjoys Paddleboarding, skiing, and spending time with his two daughters and chocolate lab.
