A cross-section of experienced restaurant industry leaders from multiple disciplines were asked to participate in a virtual roundtable meeting with hosts Tony Penn and Lindsay Ayers, on dealing with the COVID-19 pandemic. This included answering questions, providing a few best practices and sharing important information from a variety of topics.
There is a lot of uncertainty out there and even the experts can’t seem to agree on how this unfolds. This is the time to lean on each other and help each other through this. We can do this by sharing and showing information on what is working/what isn’t and by asking and answering questions.
